Yoga
Imagine the sound of the ocean and birds as you unroll your yoga mat to join us for a yoga practise based on your level of experience. You are very welcome to join us either for 7 am morning practice Monday through Saturday, or for individual classes arranged at your own time. In Costa Rica you can call us at 8301 2991. Morning practise is included as part of Serenity South Healing Holidays or you can join us if you’re in the Playa Negra Puerto Viejo area for $8 per class.
