Trigger Point which is the release of sore or cronic pain in the muscle. These pains may be as a result of some kind of trauma such as sports related, motor vehicle, stress and repetitive use of a muscle. The technique I used comes from 15 years experience with all types of trauma.
Hawaiian Spiritual Massage which is very relaxing and also can help release alot of emotional blocks as well as phsical and mental traumas. I learn this method from a Kahuna on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1996.
Reflexology is part of every treatment with me but I also will just do reflexology treament.
